I train players who are intermediate and above. I focus is on athletes who already have the basics and are ready to push their skills to the next level.

Yes! I offer a trial session so new players can experience the training before committing to a membership.

Training is offered through monthly memberships. Each membership comes with a set number of credits that can be used for training sessions. Credits refresh each month and must be used within that month.

Scheduling is simple! Sessions aren’t booked through the website — just text, call, or email me to use your credits and reserve your spots. I'll work with you to find the times that fit best for your player each month.

Right now, sessions are held at various reserved gyms throughout Montgomery County, particularly in the Potomac, Bethesda, and Gaithersburg area. An official The Roo Lab court is on the way — stay tuned for updates as it’s being built!

Things come up! Here’s how cancellations work:

• You can cancel a session up to 48 hours before for any reason and keep your credit.

• If your player isn’t feeling well or there’s an unexpected emergency, you can cancel with 24 hours’ notice and still keep the credit.

• All credits need to be used within the same month they’re issued.

• If a session is missed without notice, the credit can’t be returned.

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll always get your credit returned or the option to reschedule at no cost.

Credits are use-it-or-lose-it and do not roll over to the next month. This helps keep players consistent with their training.

Yes, training typically continues during breaks. Any exceptions (like major holidays) will be shared with families ahead of time.

If your player gets hurt, don’t worry — I’ll put their membership on our “IR (Injured Reserve) List.” This means your membership is frozen until they’re healthy and ready to return, so you won’t lose any credits.
